We produce and ship all products from our US Warehouse! 

Shipping Takes 5 - 10 Business days. Processing is 48 hours.

During peak shopping seasons please give us an extra couple days for processing and shipping.

All shipping charges are in USD. We endeavor to ship orders as quickly as possible. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, but will dispatch on the next business day.

Customers in the United States will typically receive their products in 5 - 10 days.

• We will NOT replace items that have been broken due to contact with water.
• There is a $100 restocking fee for any items that is broken due to use (excluding manufacturer fault). This can include breakage due to improper use of fire, improper use of paper, inserting the wrong paper, applying too much pressure to the wand, applying too much pressure to the coil inside the wand, etc.
• If you have NOT read the instruction manual and/or how to use email before using the wand you may not be entitled to a refund.

Usually shipping time takes 5~10 working days to arrive after dispatched. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

2 working day after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4.CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
